How Does It Work?

The Topeka team collaborates with over 750 condo owners on Seascape Property to provide accommodations for our guests, artists, and staff. To minimize the risk of your condo being sold or withdrawn from the rental pool during the year, we have modified the booking process.

Step 1 - Select a 1,2 or 3 Bedroom Condo for 3-Days.
The price includes:
A condo in Ariel Dunes or a Villa on Seascape Property
Option to upgrade to a Majestic Sun or a Surfside at later date.
Ability to add additional nights

Step 2 - Once you book, you will receive a link via email to share your preferences.
Request your same Condo or different location on the property
Desired arrival and departure dates
Preferred Bedding Configuration & Special Requests

Step 3 - Select your Actual Condo 90 Days before your vacation
We will send you a private link to book your same condo (if requested) OR choose a different Condo from our collection.
Pay for additional nights or upgrade Majestic Sun or Surfside
Selection times will be based on booking order
