How Does It Work?

The Topeka team collaborates with owners on Seascape Property to provide accommodations for our guests.

Step 1 - Select a 1,2 or 3 Bedroom Condo for 3-Days.
The price includes:
A condo in a Villa on Seascape Property
Option to upgrade to a Ariel Dunes Majestic Sun or a Surfside.
Ability to add additional nights

Step 2 - Once you book, you will receive a link via email to share your preferences.
Request a specific Condo if you have been to the area before!
Desired arrival and departure dates
Preferred Bedding Configuration & Special Requests

Step 3 - Select your Actual Condo 90 Days before your vacation
We will send you a private link to book your same condo (if requested) OR choose a different Condo from our collection.
Pay for additional nights or upgrade to Ariel Dunes Majestic Sun or Surfside
Selection times will be based on booking order
