How It Works

The Topeka team collaborates with over 750 condo owners on Seascape Property to provide accommodations for our guests, artists, and staff. To minimize the risk of your condo being sold or withdrawn from the rental pool during the year, we have modified the booking process.

Step 1: During the booking process, you'll be asked if you'd like to bundle your weekend passes with a condo.

SOLO LADY

During checkout, you’ll have the option to add a 1-bedroom onsite condo, or if you’d prefer a nearby hotel, just text “HOTEL” to 785-509-3515.

DOUBLE TROUBLE, TRIPLE THREAT, QUAD SQUAD + GROUPIES

Choose from a Villa at Seascape or a Condo at Ariel Dunes, Surfside, or Majestic Sun—based on your location preference and budget.
You’ll also have the option to add extra rooms up to 3 bedrooms or extend your stay!

FANCY LADY
